Their charges was correct and their work was very good. They explain what needed to be done. I am never calling any other company for work, who will first talk about how much they will charge by hour and then whatever's needs to be done will be charge on top of that amount. I am very happy with Bassett and will be recommending to any one who needs professional and honest company to fix their heating and air condtioners.
