  I am utterly appalled with your service. The last email communication I received from your company was my order confirmation. I thought I purchased a monthly wine club for my mother for Christmas, why wouldn't I, it was clear that my transaction was completed per the ONLY COMMUNICATION I received from you. This afternoon I received a phone call from my mother that she has not received any wine. After getting on the phone with your less than customer "service" they informed me that my card was never charged. Well that would have been nice to know. Now, here almost two months later I feel terrible that my mother has not received her Christmas gift. Disgusted and appalled with your lack of communication. As a business, you should be aware.
