  The customer service reps who work at this store are very kind and are able to explain things well, but failed to provide all the details for me to get the balance for my T-Mobile account paid off for switching to Sprint. I had to take a final bill into them twice, and even then they failed to submit the charges correctly. After yet another call to Sprint's customer service, I was finally able to get the gift card for payment for my final T-Mobile bill. Very frustrating, because one of the reasons I switched was because they would pay off my balance with T-Mobile!
